5. đź’¬ Get Multiple Quotes

Don’t settle too quickly — aim for at least 2–3 quotes. Hazlo Pros makes this easy by notifying multiple pros of your post.
Compare apples to apples: Ensure all quotes cover the same scope. Be cautious of quotes that seem too low — it might mean shortcuts or surprise fees later. Don’t be afraid to ask questions – better safe than sorry.

6. âť“ Ask Smart Questions

If plans change, make sure it’s noted — either through a revised agreement or at minimum, confirmed via the Hazlo Pros messaging system. Communication is KEY.

9. đź’ł Make Smart Payments

When the job is done to your satisfaction, complete payment as agreed.
Avoid cash unless you receive a signed receipt. Safer options include:

For larger jobs, it’s common to pay in phases: deposit → mid-job payment → final payment after completion. Ask your pro this question before the job starts.

10. 🗣️ Leave a Review

When the dust settles, share your experience by leaving a review on your pro. Your voice helps reward great pros and keeps our community strong.
Pros build their reputations one job at a time — and your feedback makes Hazlo Pros better for everyone in Tri-Cities.
