Pages you view and actions you take
Cookies and tracking data to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and improve your experience

2. 📲 How We Use Your Info

• To Run Hazlo Pros: Your info powers the platform — from creating your account to helping customers and pros connect.
• To Match Customers & Pros: When a customer posts a project, we share project info with applicable pros. If you’re a pro, your public profile is visible to customers. Contact details stay private until shared by you.
• To Improve the Platform: We use analytics to understand user behavior, like what services are trending in Tri-Cities, so we can improve features for all.
• To Communicate With You: We send important updates like new messages via text message or email, project responses, or alerts. If you opt in, we may send helpful tips or newsletters (unsubscribe anytime).
• To Keep Things Safe: Your licenses and insurance help us verify professionals. We may also use info to prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Use to maintain a safe environment.

3. 👥 When We Share Your Info

• With Other Users: Project details are shared with local pros
  Pro profiles and contact information are visible to customers
  Contact info stays hidden until you choose to share it as a customer
• With Trusted Services:
  We use secure, third-party providers for:
  Payments
  Email delivery
  Cloud hosting
  They only receive what’s needed and must protect your data.
• IF Legally Required:
  We may share info IF legally obligated or to protect our users, enforce policies, or assist with investigations. Hazlo Pros will safekeep information to the best of their ability.

Hazlo Pros will NEVER ask for your Account Login Password.
Password reset portal is built-in and connected to the email associated with the account and has a timer to update password, 2 step authentication is optional.
That said, no online system is 100% foolproof. Protect your login credentials and be cautious when sharing personal information.

7. 🚫 Children’s Privacy

Hazlo Pros is NOT for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn a child has registered, we’ll delete the account. Parents or guardians can contact us directly at support@hazlopros.com.
